The property is located in the historic center in Via Di Gracciano nel Corso, 12 on the second and third floor of the historic Venturi palace of 1600. Please note that the building does not have a lift. We do not have a 24-hour reception service and our check-in time is from 2.00 pm to 7.00 pm. Please always communicate your arrival time in advance.Check-in after 7.00 pm must be approved by the property in advance and may be subject to a fee. Under no circumstances it is possible to check-in after 11.00 pm.After the reservation you will receive a map with directions to get to Residenza Fabroni.Please, note that we are in a limited traffic area. Upon your arrival you will be given a permission to be displayed in your car and your license plate will be registered in the municipality of Montepulciano so that you will always have free access to the limited traffic area.Please, also note that from April 1st to November 1st, the pedestrian area is active. During this period it is possible to stop in front of the hotel only from 2.30 pm to 5.00 pm. Then you will have the instructions to arrive at the parking. Outside this time frame it will not be possible to stop in front of the palace and you will have to go directly to the parking area.Please note that our parking area is about 200 meters from the property.
