First we want to thank Valentina for her good care, hospitality and great recommendations. Grazie milie. We booked the upstairs suite which was lovely, every detail was well thought, we loved it. The house itself is an historical house beautiful and well maintained, we could use the living room the dinning room and the roof top, all are wonderfully designed and maintained. Location is absolutely great right in the heart of the historical part of the town, nice Tuscan village atmosphere lovely shops and restaurants to enjoy if you want to stay in. Parking is available with permit issued by Valentina free, this was great value. We liked our stay very much and hope to comeback.

This was a very memorable B&B experience. Located right in the middle of Montepulciano. Amazing hospitality and service from Valentina. Delicious breakfast. Beautiful accommodations. Jaw dropping views, especially from the roof deck. We loved our stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone headed to Tuscany.

We were only in Montepulciano 1 day but we enjoyed our stay in Residenza Fabroni very much. Great location with wonderful views of the Tuscan landscape. The scenes from our windows and the rooftop patio were amazing! The inside has been kept very close to how it looked in the early 1900's but still offers the needed conveniences. Valentina was friendly and helped us with all are travel planning needs before and during our stay. And the town is fantastic. We will definitely plan on visiting Montepulciano again, but for more than 1 day.

It may well be the ideal bed and breakfast in the best possible location for visiting Tuscany. Valentina, the host, is as charming, kind, and helpful as you could expect or hope any B&B host to be. – always handy with suggestions. My husband and I stayed two nights at Residenza Fabroni and loved it! Valentina, our host made our stay excellent with wonderful breakfasts and excellent hospitality!  Valentina provided us with several recommendations for restaurants, local wineries and even places to visit in the nearby towns. She even made dinner reservations for us. However the best thing was breakfast! My husband loved the cappuccino Valentina made!  Can't wait to come back and stay again. We were missing Valentina's hospitality as soon as we left!
