Holiday Home

THE HOUSE

Natalia will be glad to welcome you to Residenza Fabroni.

Her knowledge and experience will be at your complete disposal to help you make your holiday unforgettable.

Residenza Fabroni is located in the historic center of Montepulciano, on the second floor of the historic Venturi Palace of the seventeenth century. It is about 60 km from Siena, 50 km from Arezzo and 100 km from Florence.

You will stay in one of the most known and loved villages in Italy, embellished by small works of art and in just few steps you will reach the best restaurants to taste our typical dishes, fascinating cellars to enjoy our excellent Vino Nobile, typical and characteristic shops and the main tourist attractions. You can forget about your car when you are in town, relax and lose yourself in the enchanting lanes of this beautiful village.

The house can accommodate up to a maximum of 10 people.

It is on 2 levels and consists of 5 bedrooms (3 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms), 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen and a roof terrace with a view breathtaking.

The dining room, in seventeenth-century style, offers a large welcoming table where every morning you can enjoy your breakfast admiring the wonderful view from its window.

The living room is the ideal place to relax and fully enjoy the quiet of the house sipping a good glass of red wine: elegant and comfortable sofas are surrounded by a charming decorated fireplace, antique furnishings, decorations, frescos and paintings ranging from the seventeenth to the nineteenth century. The lounge overlooks the main street of Montepulciano, the heart of the village, with its typical shops, small businesses and tourists.

The Napoleonic sitting room, fascinating environment of the house, is dedicated to the famous leader Napoleone Bonaparte. The head of the family, Mr. Fabroni, fascinated by history and especially by this historical figur embellished the walls of paintings that tell about his exploits and battlles. Today all our guests can still admire these artworks.

On the upper floor there is one of the most suggestive corners of the house: a small sitting room with fireplace surrounded by an intimate atmosphere where you can relax at the end of the day.

THE ROOFTERRACE

The terrace, located on the top floor of the building, dominates the whole town and the surrounding hills. Its 360-degree view overlooks the entire Valdichiana distinguished by its enchanting villages, first of all Cortona.

You will also see the Trasimeno Lake and the mountain peaks of Abruzzo on clear days.

Without a doubt, it is our added value, one of the best places in all Montepulciano to admire the endless beauty of our entire valley sipping an aperitif as well as the ideal place to admire the stars at night. The space of the house most loved by our guests will enchant you from the first glance, leaving you breathless.
